Liability / Debt Search

We investigate the liabilities of corporations and private individuals. Analyzing real estate records can also be useful for discovering debts. When an individual or corporation falls into economic difficulties, this is usually reflected in the real estate records. For example, when the mortgage is shifted from the original lender to another one, or when an unknown third party becomes attached to the mortgage, when tax liens are placed against the property, or when the property becomes the focus of rental agreements, these are usually symptoms showing that the property owner is under financial strain. It is also possible to find corporate or personal bankruptcy and credit histories.
